By Land: From the North or West, at the intersection of Routes 17 and 1, take Maverick Street heading toward the water. We are 1/4 mile down Maverick Street.
From South of Rockland, take Route 1 past the Ferry terminal, heading north, 1/4 mile. Bear right, onto Front Street. Go all the way down the street, about a half of a mile. 75 Front Street is at the end of the road. We have fenced property.
By Sea: Head into Rockland Harbor, past Rockland Breakwater, locating 44° 06.88' N, 69° 05.14' W.
By Land: From the North or West, at the intersection of Routes 17 and 1, take Maverick Street heading toward the water. We are 1/4 mile down Maverick Street.
From South of Rockland, take Route 1 past the Ferry terminal, heading north, 1/4 mile. Bear right, onto Front Street. Go all the way down the street, about a half of a mile. 75 Front Street is at the end of the road. We have fenced property.
